Tesacom to Offer KVH mini-VSAT Broadband Service in South America
KVH Industries, Inc. , the world’s leading maritime VSAT provider, will offer its mini-VSAT Broadband(SM) service and TracPhone(R) satellite communications terminals to maritime customers throughout South America through Tesacom, South America’s leading mobile satellite service provider. The new relationship will be managed by Andesat S.A., a leading communications provider in the Andean region. Tesacom will offer KVH’s mini-VSAT Broadband solution from its offices in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Panamá and Peru to offshore commercial fishermen and oil and gas operators, as well as inland waterway vessels working on the Paraná River.
